Instructions for Poster Authors

What is an e-Poster?

e-Poster is a modern alternative to a traditional printed poster, displaying the research content on digital screens at the conference venue.
e-Poster applies digital tools to enhance the traditional poster format, making research more interactive, accessible, and engaging!

What is the advantage of an e-Poster?

The e-Poster presentation format has multiple advantages, including:

GreaterAccessibility: In addition to the e-poster presentation on display screens at the venue, all attendees can access e-Posters’ full content remotely (online) on the conference app and conference platform. This broadens the audience, increasing dissemination and the resea rch's overall impact.

Enhanced Interactivity: e-Posters may include multimedia elements (videos, animations, audio narrations, etc.) making presentations more engaging and helping to convey complex information
more effectively.

Eco-Friendly: e-Posters eliminate the need for paper and printing. This reduces waste and the environmental impact associated with traditional poster production and transport to the venue.

Ease of update: e-Posters are easier to modify and update, enabling researchers to make last-minute changes or correct errors without the need for reprinting before the deadline.

Convenience for Attendees: Attendees can view e-Posters at their own pace and revisit them multiple times. They can also download e-Posters for later reference.

Networking Opportunities: e-Posters facilitate easier and more immediate interaction between researchers, co-authors and attendees
